~Clinics/Judging~
For Judging, Megan can provide patterns and score cards at no extra charge. All Clinics and Judging must be booked at least one month in advance to insure availability. To book Megan to judge, do a clinic or clinic/judging combos please contact for more information. Travel expenses are not included in the price and can be seen in miscellaneous costs below.

Showing at APHA and Open competition there is something for everyone including Novice, Amateur and Open. We will help you with everything from entry forms all the way until the end of the show . We believe you can have the most fun showing when there is no stress because you are well
prepared, organized and ready for anything!

Megan Showing Your Horse in a Class
Great if your horse needs some expert guidance in a class or if you want your horse to be shown but don’t to do it yourself

Grooming Needs
Getting your horse to look their best for the ring requires We do not band or braid but can help you find someone to do so.
Clipping
All clipping must be completed prior to the show for best results, touch ups can be completed on show grounds

~ Sales ~
Looking to sell or buy a horse but don’t know where to start? We can market and promote your horse for sale or use our network of contacts in Canada and the US to help you find the perfect partner for you. We can also help you sell your unwanted tack.

~ Miscellaneous Costs & Regulations ~
Lesson Cancellation
Lessons must be cancelled at least 12hrs in advance or the student still owes MBPH for the lesson fee. Please be on time for lessons, if you are late the time will not be made up at the end of the hour.
Prepaid lessons are non-refundable.
Mileage
Mileage per kilometer where applicable.
$0.45
Overdue accounts
All accounts not paid within 30 days of services rendered are subject to a late fee of $50.00, interest of 10% per month, as well as the client no longer receiving any further services from MBPH until the
balance is paid.
~Extra Showing Fees~
Tack Stall
If needed, Tack stall will be split amongst the number of horses at the show. Approximately 3-4 people per stall, depending on amount of tack.
Hotel/Lodging
If required Hotel will be split amongst the number of horses attending the show. If an owner brings more than one horse, they will be billed for only one portion of the hotel/lodging. Megan does not charge for lodging if she is already attending the show with her own horse
Futurity winnings and other monies
50% payable to owner and 50% payable to MBPH after the entry. All prizes including jackets, incentive fund monies, belt buckles, trophies, etc., are retained by the owner. All futurity winnings and other monies are due within 30 days of award presentation. Late fees at shows are not included and are the responsibility of the owner.
